Sucess Story
We had many success stories with our customers in the long history of our establishment. We want to share this particular fire claim experience of one of our customers with you.
On 5 April 2009, a two-storey furniture shop was destroyed in a pre-dawn fire. 40 firemen in five fire engines from Kuala Kangsar, Taiping and Sungai Siput rushed to the scene after receiving a call at 4.20am.
The firemen took about 20 minutes to control the fire from spreading to other buildings nearby. Despite their gallant efforts, the fire damaged the furniture in the shop as well as two lorries which were parked nearby.
The total loss incurred was RM1.5 million and we are proud that we managed to pass the claim cheque issued by MSIG to our grateful customer within eight (8) months of the fire incident.
