I would rank personal service as the most important factor for an insurance agent to be successful. I always act in the best interest of my customers and over the years, I have built very solid personal relationship with my customers. When it comes to insurance matters, I am the first person that they would contact. With my understanding of their background and needs, I would be able to give them sound advice when it comes to choosing their insurance coverage. More importantly, thanks to MSIG's efficient claims processing, I can assist my customers to expedite their claims so they can lay their hands on the claim proceeds fast when they need it most!
To highlight the trust my customers have on me, there was a case when one customer of mine, when buying a new car, insisted on getting the motor policy from me instead of from the dealer appointed agent. So much so that he would rather not buy the car if he had not been able to get the motor policy from me!
Being an insurance agent has a lot of plus points. Besides getting the satisfaction of seeing my customers adequately covered, I enjoy the flexible working hours which allows me to spend time with my family and doing work for NGO and Tamil Foundation. It is a great career to be in!
