My Success Story
The success of my agency is built on the excellent service I provide to my customers. Promptness, responsiveness and ability to understand customers' needs are values that I give great emphasis and these values are much appreciated by my customers. Over the years, I have gained my customers' trust as they know that I will always have their best interest at heart. I have a customer who insisted on getting the motor policy from me instead of the official agent recommended by the car dealer when he purchased a new car. He went to the extent of telling the car dealer that he would cancel the purchase if he was unable to get the motor policy from me. That's the kind of trust my customers have on me with my dedication to them all through the years.
Being an insurance agent has a lot of advantages and one of them is to be able to work in flexible hours. As such, I can earn a decent income and at the same time spend more time with my family and on my hobbies like music, dancing, swimming and doing social work. I would say that I am glad to be in this line of work!
