Claims Guidelines

This policy compensates you:

• In the event of death or injury as a result of an accident.

General Guidelines & Required Documents

• Notify us / MSIG immediately for any event that may give rise to a claim under the policy.

• Complete and submit the Claim Form to us/MSIG as soon as possible together with the following documents:
  
  For Non-fatal cases

  1. Medical Report

  2. Original Medical Bills and Receipts

  
  

  For Fatal cases

  1. Copy of Police Report

  2. Copy of Death Certificate

  3. Copy of Post-mortem Report

  4. Burial Certificate

  5. Letter of Administration
